We are warmly inviting you to our Annual General Assembly Meeting that will take place on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00, at the YEU CYPRUS offices (19 Grigoriou Xenopoullou, 1st floor, Room 2, 1061 Nicosia).
This year marks the 20 years anniversary of the official registration of our organisation, and your presence at the assembly is vital not only to review and discuss 2023 but also to plan ahead. Even though we operate in challenging times and environment, our history, the hard work all these years, our strong team and our shared vision is what makes us thrive!
Agenda:
- Welcome and overview of last year’s activities by the President.
- Review of Financial report by the Executive Director
- 20 years YEU Cyprus: Campaign and Activity Plans
- Discussion and decision making on any other items.
- Closing remarks
All full members are welcome to suggest any topics for discussion by the General Assembly. To do so, we kindly ask you to fill in this form. This is the opportunity to hear your views on issues that concern our organisation, as well as an opportunity to get actively involved in shaping its future.
According to the Articles of Association, only members who have paid their membership for 2024 have the right to participate in the Annual General Assembly Meeting. Therefore, we ask those members who have not renewed their membership (€15 Membership Fee), to complete the membership form and complete the payment latest by 10th of May 2024.
Members who cannot attend the Annual General Assembly in person, can participate virtually by following this link (registration required).
