A Roadmap to Building Inclusive Communities

AntiRacism360, an initiative aimed at empowering youth in Cyprus and Greece to combat racism and promote inclusivity. This project is designed to engage both racialized and non-racialized youth in creating more inclusive communities through innovative tools, education, and collaborative action.

What’s the Plan?

The AntiRacism360 Implementation Plan outlines the project’s key actions, goals, and strategies, ensuring that all partners are aligned in our mission. From comprehensive research and the development of an inclusive toolkit to specialized training for youth workers and young individuals, the project seeks to increase awareness, promote civic engagement, and equip the next generation with the skills to advocate for an antiracist society.

What’s in Store?

  • Research & Toolkit: Engaging in extensive research to create a practical toolkit for youth and youth workers, filled with actionable tools and strategies to combat racism.
  • Training & Development: Training of 30 youth workers and 20 youth on how to build inclusive communities, with a focus on digital tools, activism, and creative community-building.
  • Youth Against Racism Fair: A culminating event bringing together youth, activists, and community leaders to celebrate culture and discuss ways to promote antiracism.

The AntiRacism360 project is being implemented by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity in Greece, Generation for Change CY, and us “YEU Cyprus”. Together, we are committed to creating lasting change and promoting inclusion and equality.

Stay tuned as we work together to create a positive social impact and empower youth to build a more inclusive, antiracist future!
