A Training Course for people directly working with youth (youth workers, project coordinators, leaders of youth groups and mentors) from EU, non-EU countries participating in the Program, and the Eastern Partnership countries. This training will involve 37 project coordinators and youth workers from 36 youth organisations active in the youth sector, from 16 countries: Poland, Italy, Great Britain, Portugal, Malta, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine and Cyprus.
The main aim of the Training Course is to:
- train youth workers in First Aid,
- discuss about OHS in the projects which are involving young people specially with fewer opportunities,
- how to prepare risk management plan in own organization,
- exchange good practices,
- establish the common rules for safety during implementation of the project including youth people with fewer opportunities.
Where: Polanica Zdrój (A village which is located 15 min away from Bystrzyca Kłodzka)
