"MoveON - Moving Towards Gender Sensitive Youth Work in Europe" is a long term project, which aims at increasing the awareness of youth workers, youth leaders and young people about gender perspectives and challenges in Europe, providing participants with skills to develop good quality projects and non-formal activities locally and internationally under the Erasmus+. Through the project, partner organizations would like to tackle gender issues and look for solutions which can be adapted to their organizations as well as societies and daily lives. The project aims to develop and improve the knowledge and understanding of youth workers involved in the project on various gender-related concepts, analyze traditions, roles and perceptions of gender in different European countries and societies.
Armenian Progressive Youth (APY) was founded in Yerevan, Armenia in 2009. Armenian Progressive Youth NGO (APY) has been working with young people since for 10 years. Our mission is to promote active citizenship and active political and economic participation of young people in civic life, to economically empower marginalized youth and promote youth entrepreneurship, to increase the activism of young people and contribute to the development of civil society in Armenia.
Association Framtidståget (Sweden) was founded in 1997 by Yousef Yebari in Stockholm, Sweden. It is a non-profit organization, aiming to give people the second or even the third chance. Our philosophy is accepting all people without conditions and prejudgments about their social-economic, ethnic, cultural and religious background, as well as emphasizing the idea of democratic, tolerant and integrated society.
During the Youth Exchange, the participants will be accommodated in double or triple rooms in a hotel. Two or three participants will share a room with a private bathroom. Three meals and two coffee breaks per day will be provided. The participants will inform the organizers about their dietary needs in the application form, so the staff can arrange the menu according to their needs.

Participants profile: We are looking for 4 participants 18-25 years old and one group leader with no age limit. Participants should be interested in the topic of gender equality, motivated to take active part in the project and share the experience gained during the project in their communities.
